Home Spotlight Program

I understand that the Home Spotlight Program is a content-based promotional program and that service requests submitted through this application are considered preferences only.

If selected, Hey, Squeegee Boy! will determine the scope of complimentary services based on the property's suitability for filming, content creation objectives, scheduling, equipment requirements, safety considerations, and program availability.

I understand that selection into the Home Spotlight Program does not guarantee that all requested services, windows, or areas of the property will be serviced.

Depending on the content opportunity, the complimentary service may include:

• • A single window or selected group of windows
• • One side of the home only
• • Selected exterior windows only
• • Selected interior windows only
• • Screen cleaning only
• • Hard water stain removal only
• • A combination of selected services
• • The entire property at Hey, Squeegee Boy!'s sole discretion

I understand that the final scope of work will be determined solely by Hey, Squeegee Boy! and will be communicated prior to service.

I understand that participation in the Home Spotlight Program includes photography and video recording of my property.

I grant Hey, Squeegee Boy! unrestricted, perpetual rights to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and otherwise use any photos, videos, audio recordings, and related content captured during the service for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, and other business purposes.

I understand that all content created as part of the Home Spotlight Program becomes the sole property of Hey, Squeegee Boy! and that no compensation is owed for its creation or future use.

I understand that acceptance into the Home Spotlight Program is contingent upon agreeing to these terms.
