2. Services & Booking

We provide residential and commercial window cleaning in Hamilton, ON and the Golden Horseshoe.
Booking methods:
– Online form on the Site.
– Phone: 289 ‑ 684 ‑ 8468.
No deposits or cancellation fees apply; you may cancel or reschedule at any time.

3. Payment

All payments are made off‑site via e‑transfer to the account details provided upon booking confirmation.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your windows aren’t 100% clean, contact us within 7 days and we will return—at no additional charge—to achieve complete satisfaction.

5. Insurance & Liability

We carry $2 million in commercial general liability insurance.
Disclaimers & Damage Protection:
– We exercise reasonable care but are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, defective glass, frames, seals, putty, hardware, or caulking.
– You agree to disclose known fragile materials, antique glass, or existing damage before service begins.
– We are not liable for damages caused by structural defects or faulty installations beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability:
– Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

All text, graphics, photos, logos, and software on the Site are owned or licensed by Hey, Squeegee Boy! and protected by Canadian and international IP laws.
User‑Submitted Content:
– We do not accept unsolicited testimonials or photos except via our officlal third-party business profiles (Google, Yelp, etc.).
– Any other submissions may be used royalty‑free for promotional purposes unless you request removal.
Restrictions:
– You may view, download, and print content for personal, non‑commercial use only.
– You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
– Interfere with Site functionality or gain unauthorized access.
– Harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
– Post malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

8. Third‑Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., review sites). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third‑party services is subject to their own terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey, Squeegee Boy!, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or negligent conduct.

13. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is struck and the remaining Terms remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other legal notices on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hey, Squeegee Boy!
